Student kit orders placed before Monday 8th December will be processed, however pre-Christmas delivery is not guaranteed.
All orders received after this date will be processed on our return.
Our offices close on Friday 19 December 4pm and will re-open on Friday 2 January 2026.

1. How do I order my student kit?
You will need to have been supplied the Ellisons student kit order form. This will have a unique log in to access the student kit site and a kit code detailing which kit you need to order. Ordering online is simple via our student kits page. Alternatively, our college team can take your order over the phone. Please contact us on 02476 365337.
2. How long will my kit take to arrive?
Delivery takes up to 14 days. Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you with DHL tracking information.
3. Where will my kit be delivered?
The order form will state where the kit is to be delivered, either to your home address or directly to the college.
4. What if I already have some of the items in the kit I need to order?
All kits are supplied and priced as a complete package, determined by your college. We are unable to change or remove items from the student kit. However, individual items can be purchased via our website at www.ellisons.co.uk.
5. Where can I locate my kit code?
You’ll find your kit code on the second page of the order form, at the top of the sheet. The kit code will typically start with SKH, SKB, or SKM.
6. I am late ordering my kit – can I pay for a priority delivery?
Unfortunately, due to the high volume of kits being ordered, processed and delivered, we are unable to prioritise individual student kit orders. All orders are processed in the order they are received, and we can only advise that your kit will be dispatched within 14 days.
7. What does processing mean?
‘Processing’ means your kit is being prepared in our warehouse. Once it’s ready to be dispatched, you will be notified by email.
8. How do I change or cancel my order?
Please contact our college team at [email protected] or 02476 365337, providing the following information:
• Ellisons order number
• Account number
• Full address, including postcode
9. How do I return my kit?
Ellisons will accept kit returns as long as items have not been opened or used. Charges will apply as outlined in the terms and conditions on the back of the order form, or you can refer to our delivery and returns page.
You may return the kit yourself using a trackable method, as no refund will be issued without proof of delivery. A 10% handling charge will be applied.
Alternatively, we can arrange a DHL collection for £12.99 + VAT. This charge, along with the 10% handling fee, will be deducted from your refund total.

10. Do Ellisons accept Klarna for student kits?
No, we are unable to offer payment via Klarna. We accept other methods of payment: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro, PayPal, and Apple Pay.
11. Do Ellisons accept Paypal in 3 for student kits?
Yes, we accept PayPal in 3, subject to eligibility with PayPal.
